Actress Bimpe Oyebade-Adedimeji has responded to a question about her lack of friendship with her colleague Yomi Fabiyi as she also shed more light on the allegations about ‘sex-for-roles’ between them.
According to her, she said that her colleague, Yomi Fabiyi asked for a romantic relationship only after they had finished shooting a movie and she turned down his advances which made him say that if he had known that she would reject him, he would have made his demand a criteria before featuring her in his movie.
In a recent question and answer session on her Instagram page, the fan asked: Is it true that u and yomi dey fight bcuz of sex for role?
Bimpe Oyebade responded:
“NO! In fact he didn’t ask me out till we finished his movie I featured in (tho he said if he knew I was going to turn him down then he would have done that before shooting the movie). We don’t relate cos he insisted on either dating me or being enemies and I had to choose.”
Recall Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi recently reacted to the allegation that he beat his estranged baby mama, Grace Jimoh to stupor during pregnancy.
WITHIN NIGERIA earlier reported that Grace Jimoh, in a post shared on her Instagram page, alleged that Yomi forced her into labour through domestic violence.
Responding to the accusations, Yomi, in a post shared online, described the statement as lies and defamation, stating that his ex-wife was twisting the stories to hoodwink people.
