Talented Afrobeat singer, Omah Lay has dragged his colleague Ruger for saying he is a better artiste than Daniel Benson, better known as Buju ‘BNXN’.
Last night, Ruger hosted a question and answer session on his platform when a particular Twitter user claimed that Buju was a better singer than him, and there was nothing he could do about it.
The ‘bounce’ hitmaker went all gun blazing with his response, asserting that the difference between him and BNXN is that all his hits were just him, not features or covers of other artists’ songs.
Reacting to Ruger’s statement in a tweet on Friday, Omah Lay accused the singer of chasing clout.
“Ruger get mind dey talk about BNXN like that for this app smh! Mofos do anything for clout out there.”
Dragging fellow singer Victony into the matter, Omah Lay added, “Same way Victony lol my tweet the other time, y’all are really kids.”
