Nollywood actor Ibrahim Chatta has sparked reactions online after a video of himself and colleague, Liz Da-Silva went viral.
Ibrahim Chatta had stirred confusion among his fans as he shared proposal photos of himself and Nollywood actress Liz Da-Silva. He then shared a video of them, hours after, with some actors like Femi Adebayo, Kolawole Ajeyemi, reposting.
The internet was agog with mixed reactions as many tried to deduce if the photos were real or from a movie scene as this was not the first time celebrities would tease their fans with ‘compromising’ photos and videos.
Sharing the photos online, Ibrahim Chatta claimed he had finally gotten Lizzy Da-Silva against all odds, and they would be announcing the date anytime soon. He wrote:
“Against all odds
When God says YES, who dare say NO @officiallizdasilva
Announcing date soonest”.
However, many didn’t believe his post as they deduced that the photos were from a movie scene.
Shutting them down, Ibrahim who recently revealed he lost something precious to him, stated that these were the same thoughts they harbored till Adedimeji Lateef and Mo Bimpe tied the knot.
According to him, just like his colleagues, he would also surprise them. He added in another post:
“Just like in d case of @mo_bimpe & @adedimejilateef E go surprise dem #Lizchat2022 @iam_leezeeperry @officiallizdasilva says thanks for understanding”.
Liz Da-Silva while sharing the video captioned:
“Every love story is beautiful but ours is Magical finally said yes @ibrahimchatta_lordthespis
It’s about to be a wedding party. Announcing date soonest #lizchat2022.”
