Tweeps have set Twitter on fire, by criticizing the choice of American actor and comedian, Anthony Anderson, to co-host Nigeria’s biggest entertainment industry award, Headies 2022, with actress Osas Ighodaro.
The awards show was held on Sunday in Atlanta, US.
Some Nigerians feel the organisers of Headies should have used a co-host who has a good knowledge of African artistes.
They accused Anderson of making a joke of Headies from the start of the show to the end. See reactions below:
