Popular singer, Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo, best known as Kcee stirred reactions from netizens after he boldly dedicated his Headies Award to his wife and girlfriend.
The singer was nominated alongside other notable artistes such as Timi Dakolo, Mercy Chinwo, Chidinma, and others for the ‘Best Inspirational Single’ category and he subsequently emerged as the winner.
Mounting the podium to say a word or two, Kcee first appreciated the organizers for the prestigious award while affirming that this is his fourth time receiving the Headies award.
He went on to dedicate the award to his family, children, wife and finally his girlfriend. The last word however stirred a slight uproar among the audience and he speedily clarified misconceptions by stating that his wife is also his girlfriend.
According to Kcee, she has been the one pushing and encouraging him to do exploits.
