Roughly nine months after Olori Naomi Silekunola, the last wife of Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, left him, the monarch on Tuesday, September 6, married a new wife.
Oba Ogunwusi in a video shared on the Facebook page of his spokesperson, Moses Olafare, around 10:30 pm on Tuesday, was assisted by chiefs and close aides, in welcoming the new wife into the palace.

Olori Mariam Anako is from the Ebira ethnic group in Kogi State.
She lost her father at a young age and was reportedly brought up in the home of the former Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Abubakar. Her mother is a retired police officer.
Anako is an oil and gas executive who works at Nestoil Limited; an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning company.
Her elder sister, Medina Anako is a lawyer, businesswoman, cum Special Adviser on Intergovernmental Affairs and Kogi State Diaspora Focal Point Officer (DFPO) to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
Another elder sibling of Ooni’s new queen, Mrs Raliat Abdulrahman nee Anako is a Special Adviser to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila.
Olori Mariam Anako is the fourth woman to marry the monarch whose last union with Prophetess Naomi Silekunola crashed in December 2021.
