However, he disclosed that he had been on medications to reduce the pain and had spent a lot. In his words:

“I notice I couldn’t defecate with ease. This made one of my sons take me to the hospital, and the doctor said I would have to undergo surgery.

“When I went back to complain, they prescribed some drugs to reduce pain and heal the wound.

“So fast forward to this year, I discover I find it difficult to defecate again, then I rush to the hospital, but it’s so sad I was told the sickness is back and worst because the first surgery was not properly done!

“I have since been on medications to reduce the pain, and I have spent a lot.”

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that’s Charles Olumo Agbako strongly warned his colleagues against shedding crocodile tears at his burial.

4 years ago, the thespian granted an interview where he said:

”I have told them, and I’m also using this opportunity to inform them, that nobody should come and shed crocodile tears at my burial. If they do, my spirit will flog them because when I needed their help, they were nowhere to be found.

“I have been sick but thank God I’m back on my feet. My ailment was heart-related, and after a series of tests, I was told that my heart was weak, coupled with the fact that I often forgot things, so I was placed on drugs that must be used to avoid any crisis.

“No, the doctors said there was no way they could perform surgery on me. They said the drugs were very essential and must not be skipped. Though I was recently operated upon when I had a urinary ailment, I’m free from that now.”
