Nigerians mock Shatta Wale as he names Fireboy’s ‘Bandana’ his best song in 2022, jams ecstatically to it

Controversial Ghanaian singer, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, popularly known as Shatta Wale gets mocked by Nigerians after he named Fireboy DML’s ‘Bandana‘ as his best song for the year 2022.

Fireboy who did a splendid collaboration with fellow signee, Asake came up with the hit track which has dominated charts for weeks.

Shatta Wale left with no other choice took to social media to share a video of himself singing and dancing to the music in a blissful atmosphere.

The crooner went on to describe the song as his best track in 2022.

Captioning the video, he wrote:

Reacting to the video, Nigerians dragged and ridiculed the singer over his affirmation. Recall that Shatta Wale in a series of rants some months back tackled Nigerian artists while calling on Ghanaians to shun their songs.

The musician also went head-to-head with Burna Boy on social media which subsequently led to the duo ripping themselves apart online.

However, after all these rants, Shatta Wale falling back to a Nigerian jam and naming it his favourite for the year attracted mockery.
