Nigerian musicians, Tiwa Savage, Oxlade, and Pheelz over the weekend joined American RnB superstar, Usher on stage at different times during the 2022 Global Citizen Festival held in Accra, Ghana.
The Nigerian stars were invited to perform with Usher, the show’s standout performer, at the 20,000-seat Black Star Square in Accra, Ghana.
At the festival, Tems, Stormzy, Stonebwoy, Gyakie, SZA, and Sarkodie were among the other international superstars who performed.
In order to “Take Action” on the plan that focuses on empowering girls, children, and women, defending the earth, and bringing about change, the yearly festival aims to bring together people from all over the world, artists, and world leaders.
The Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Charlie Puth, and a host of other performers thrilled the spectators in the United States on the same day at Central Park’s Great Lawn in New York City.
Also, world leaders and government from different countries have shown their support for the movement.
