Nigerian gospel singer, Frank Edwards has weighed in on the forthcoming 2023 general elections in Nigeria, while also pointing out that the country is in a critical condition.
The 33-year-old gospel singer made this statement via a post he made on his Twitter page, talking about the state of the nation and the election in general.
In the same tweet, the singer talked about making the right decision and not letting anyone influence that decision, while also grateful that Nigerians can now choose right because of the suffering they’ve had to endure.
This election is not about who is healthy and who is not, anyone can get good medical attention , not about tribe , not about who’s turn it is !! WE JUST WANT WHO IS NOT A THIEF !! WE ARE IN A CRITICAL CONDITION.

“The Good thing is Nigerians’ eyes are open now… these are not the days when 1 influencer can make people vote for just anyone. People are now influenced by their sufferings.
“This election is not about who is healthy and who is not, anyone can get good medical attention, not about tribe, not about whose turn it is !! WE JUST WANT WHO IS NOT A THIEF!! WE ARE IN A CRITICAL CONDITION.”
Shortly after, the Nigerian singer came out boldly to declare that he would be voting for Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi and also stated that his vote is just one vote and he’s not trying to influence anyone.
The election period is drawing closer and more and more celebrities and influencers are coming out to show support for their preferred candidate.
