Hermes Iyele, a former Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ housemate, has taken to social media to express how ‘sapa’ has been dealing with him. (Sapa – a term used in Nigeria to describe a state of being broke).
WITHIN NIGERIA reports that the reality TV star complained about how expensive things are in the country in a video shared on his page.
According to Hermes, commodities have skyrocketed since he left the BBNaija show, and many Nigerians are aware that prices of goods never fall when they rise.
Hermes stated that, unlike his previous lifestyle of going to Yaba market to buy things, he cannot do so again because he would make headlines.
The reality star went on to say that ordering things online is also expensive, and he urged his fans and followers to come up with solutions because things are overpriced.
He said:
Omo. Wetin day happen exactly, since I got out of the BBNaija House, e never get wetin no expensive for Naija uno know things when go up no day ever come down. Before you go enter Yaba price some kind thing but na, blogs go carry am, bro papa day.
