Wizkid’s critically acclaimed studio album, ‘Made In Lagos (MIL),’ has reached a new milestone on America’s Billboard Chart four days into the New Year.
‘Made In Lagos,’ the fourth album by multi-talented global luminary Wizkid, has entered its fourth year on the Billboard World albums chart, with over 100 weeks on the chart.
The body of work has appeared on the chart for four years in a row, in 2020, 2021, 2022, and now in 2023. Wizkid is the first and only African musician to reach this milestone on Billboard.
The ‘Made In Lagos’ album was released on October 30, 2022, nominated for the 64th Grammy Award in the ‘Best Global Music Album’ category. The project featured Tems, Burna Boy, Damian Marley, Tay Iwar, H.E.R., Ella Mai, Terri, and Projexx.
Justin Bieber and BNXN (formerly known as Buju) also collaborated on the deluxe edition of ‘Made In Lagos,’ which was released on August 27, 2021.
