Social media users have expressed their dissatisfaction with the renowned musician, Wizkid, after he was seen having some fun moments at a gathering in Ghana while the Presidential and National Assembly election was ongoing in Nigeria.
The footage captures the Grammy winner joyously beating drums in Ghana in the midst of other individuals at a time when Nigerians are carrying out their civic duties by casting their votes for their preferred candidates.
Understandably, the presidential and National Assembly elections were conducted in Nigeria on February 25th, 2023, and as of now, some states are still in the process of carrying out the elections.
Nigerians who had already expressed their disappointment in the top music stars: Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy’s dead silence on the election were enraged to see Wizkid chilling off in another country.
Report, however, has it that the “Essence” hitmaker was at KillBeatz’s (a Ghanaian music producer) mother’s burial.
