Nigerians have taken to social media to call out Afrobeats star, Davido over what is perceived to be an attack on the ‘Obidient movement’.
The music star apparently liked a video posted by activist, Deji Adeyanju alleging that Labour Party also participated in rigging the election.
Adeyanju had shared a controversial video over the weekend showing some persons altering results on ballot papers and he claimed that they are rigging like APC and PDP.
A check on Davido’s Twitter account showed that he liked the tweet, and this provoked his fans many of whom are members of the Obidient movement.
The fact that he had never hidden his support for the Peoples Democratic Party in the past also made his action even more suspicious to those who dragged him.
However, after coming under serious fire, Davido had seemingly unliked the tweet but trolls already took screenshots. See video, screenshot and comments below:
