Yoruba Nollywood stars couldn’t hold back their joy and rushed to their social media platforms to felicitate following Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory at the 2023 presidential election.
Recall the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC declared the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, as the president-elect.
Tinubu, a former Lagos State governor, was declared the president-elect after the 70-year-old polled 8,794,726 votes to win the 2023 presidential election.
The INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, announced Tinubu as the winner at the International Collation Centre in Abuja during the early hours of Wednesday.
Taking to their respective Instagram pages to react to the news, the likes of Joke Silva, Eniola Badmus, Dayo Amusa, Ijebuu, Saidi Balogun, Eniola Ajao and more rejoiced with the new president.
