Seyilaw, a popular Nigerian comedian, has slammed Peter Okoye of the PSquare music group for claiming that the All Progressives Congress (APC) sponsored the drama involving a man who opposed President-elect Bola Tinubu’s swearing-in at Abuja Airport.
Recall that on Friday evening, some security agents forcibly removed a man from an Ibom Air flight due to unruly behavior before takeoff.
On the plane, the man reportedly yelled that President-elect Bola Tinubu should not be sworn in as Nigeria’s leader.
His unusual behaviour drew the attention of other passengers and flight attendants, who summoned security to remove him from the plane.
On Saturday, Peter Okoye responded via Twitter, sharing an old video of a man claiming the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) attacked him as well as footage of the recent drama at the Abuja airport.
The singer claimed that the incident was staged by APC, who used the same person for their drama.
He tweeted:
BUSTED! So APC used the same man twice in their drama! dead on arrival
Reacting to the post, Seyilaw lambasted Peter Okoye, saying the videos obviously shows two different people.
He wrote;
See the height of the tomfoolery. This is obviously two different people, but I have fans, and I can be stupid.
