Veteran Nollywood actress, Chika Ike blazed the trail as the first Nigerian actress invited to grace the red-carpet of the annual Cannes Film Festival, and has been ranked on the best dressed list on Vogue, New York Times and Harper’s Bazaar.
At the 76th Cannes Film Festival, it was obvious Chika Ike understood the assignment and delivered glowingly.

Nollywood movies have been screened at the Cannes Film Festival in the past, but never has an actor or actress been invited to walk the red-carpet, making Chika Ike the first Nollywood actor to walk those graceful steps and carpet, alongside her Hollywood counterparts.
