The Nigerian movie industry was brought to a standstill as renowned Nollywood actor, Odunlade Adekola, unveiled his latest film, Orisa, in a much-anticipated premiere.
The excitement and buzz surrounding the movie have reached extraordinary heights, as numerous of Odunlade’s colleagues are actively discussing the film on their social media pages.
Clips that have surfaced from the private viewing and pre-cinema premiere have been heartwarming, with numerous colleagues of the ace actor showing their support for him.
The IMAX cinemas venue was filled with almost half of the Yoruba movie industry’s stars, including Femi Adebayo, Wumi Toriola, Nkechi Blessing, Iyabo Ojo, Fathia Williams, Mercy Aigbe, Lateef Adedimeji, Mo Bimpe, Oga Bello, Jide Kosoko, and many others, who attended the premiere.

This is coming weeks after Odunlade Adekola felicitated with graduands of his film school following successful graduation.
Veteran actors like Muyiwa Ademola, Dayo Amusa, and Princess Allwell Demola were some of the numerous celebrities that stormed the 5th graduation of the Odunlade Adekola Film school.
The ceremony took place in Abeokuta, Ogun state saw 50 newly trained movie industry practitioners in different spheres of filmmaking celebrate their successful graduation .
Students of the OAFP schools are usually part of the cast of the running YouTube comedy series Saamu Alajo, produced by Odunlade Adekola.
