Davido’s logistics manager, Isreal DMW, has stepped forward to issue a heartfelt apology to the Muslim community for a video that was deemed disrespectful.
The controversial clip, which went viral on social media, depicted an act that deeply offended and hurt the religious sentiments of the Muslim community.
Davido received harsh criticism for posting a music video of his signee, Logos Olori’s new song ‘Jaye Lo,’ which depicted people worshiping in an Islamic way and dancing.
Following the uproar, Davido removed the contentious video from his social media accounts.
However, the Muslim community continues to demand a formal apology from Davido.
Isreal acknowledges the gravity of the situation and expresses remorse for any harm caused by the video.
Israel asserted that the video was entirely for entertainment purposes that was displayed incorrectly.
He wrote:
“Let me specially apologise to my Muslims brothers and sisters, on the video my oga posted, as a result of him wanting to lift up somebody, which is one of his hubbies.
“It was purely an entertainment effort wrongly presented. Make una no vex. Love you all.”

Davido’s Logistics Manager, Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, has thrown his weight behind his boss amid claims of the Afrobeats Superstar impregnating two ladies.
Anita Brown, a US-based Model, recently accused the DMW Boss of impregnating her, claiming she was unaware of his marital status.
Another lady named Ivanna Bay, who hails from France, also alleged that Davido impregnated her.
