Baba Bankefa, a popular figure in the Yoruba movie sector, who recently made a plea for financial assistance due to his current struggle with a stroke, has been graciously gifted a substantial amount by the renowned Fuji sensation, Saheed Osupa.
As previously highlighted by WITHIN NIGERIA, the actor’s video gained viral traction across social media platforms, as he earnestly appealed for financial assistance.
Bankefa recounted how the movie he had produced ended up burdening him with insurmountable debts, eventually culminating in a stroke attack.
Baba Bankefa also expressed that he made attempts to reach out to several peers within the industry, including the notable Fuji sensations Pasuma and Saheed Osupa. However, his pleas were met with a disheartening silence, further exacerbating his sense of desperation and despondency.
In a sizzling, brand-new update, celebrated Fuji sensation, Saheed Osupa, allegedly got in touch with Instagram influencer, Temiola Sobola.
According to Temiola, Saheed Osupa reached out to her, asked for the actor’s account details and presto, facilitated a transfer of five hundred thousand naira.
Speaking about the funds, Temi who extended gratitude to the singer wrote; “Yesterday I posted a video of Actor Bankefa crying and narrating how he had asked for help from his colleagues without any response.
“The master copy of the movie he produced had virus and this put him in so much debt making him to have stroke.
“Early this morning, Singer Saheed Osupa contacted me and asked for his account details. He gave him N500,000. God bless you sir @kingsaheedosupa for this great kindness.”
