In a heartfelt post, Chikwendu recounted her harrowing experience, expressing gratitude for her survival and the opportunity to continue cherishing moments with her children.

Two years ago, Precious Chikwendu found herself in a battle for her life after falling victim to a severe case of food poisoning.

The incident landed her in a hospital bed, where she fought against the odds to recover and reclaim her health.

Reflecting on this life-altering event, Chikwendu shared that during her time of illness, her primary concern was for her children, wondering if she would have the chance to see them again and gift them the items she had purchased.

In an emotional post, Chikwendu took her followers on a journey through her memory, reminding them of the moment when her life hung in the balance.

Accompanying her words, she shared a poignant video of herself lying in the hospital bed during the ordeal.

She wrote;

“Exactly 2 years today I survived food poisoning. All I could think of on that bed was sending my boys the last things I bought them Incase. Again! Mercy said no”.

In other news, Precious Chikwendu, the ex-wife of Nigerian politician and lawyer Femi Fani-Kayode, recently opened up about her labor experience.

In honor of her late mother, the mother of four shared a photo that she took of herself and her triplets a month after childbirth, stating how she thought she wouldn’t survive.

She claimed that after receiving the results of the MRI, it revealed that she had terrible blood clot issues but God came through for her afterwards.
