- He noted that phyno should have instead invested in his music career
Popular artist Phyno has come under fire from a Nigerian critic for his recent real estate acquisitions.
Singer Phyno recently bought a number of houses on a terrace, which earned him congratulations from both fans and famous people.
However, the Nigerian guy publicly stated that Phyno’s decision to purchase a home was not a wise investment.
He thinks that purchasing a home is a long-term investment that could take a while to pay off.
The critic advises Phyno to invest his money in his music career instead, he claimed that investing in a new record may result in huge earnings and a quicker return on investment than buying real estate.
He added that producing new music can provide instant cash through record sales, performances, and endorsements, whereas buying property can provide long-term financial security but can also lock up capital.
