Samklef releases a statement on the controversy surrounding the death Mohbad


In the latest development surrounding the untimely demise of rising Nigerian artist Mohbad, music producer Samklef has come forward to exonerate fellow artist Naira Marley.

Fans and industry insiders had been speculating about Naira Marley’s possible connection to Mohbad’s death.

However Samklef’s has recently made a statement about the singer’s death and the rumours that his former boss , Naira Marley killed him.

He adamantly declared that Naira Marley was unrelated to Mohbad’s passing and that people shouldn’t react emotionally.

He said:

“The full truth about his death will emerge soon, and it’s more complex than it appears. Naira Marley was not implicated, drugs were not a factor, and it wasn’t a surcide. I’m committed to uncovering the truth.

The outpouring of grief over Mohbad’s death was heightened when a video surfaced showing the late musician being bullied by Naira Marley’s aide, Sam Larry.

As additional details emerge about Mohbad’s harassment in the video, the Nigerian music industry, fans, and netizens at large await further developments, hoping for a solution that would offer closure and justice for the late artist and his family.

Mohbad’s closest friend, Bella Shmurda had earlier revealed how Mohbad attempted suicide because of Naira Marley’s record label 

Earlier last year, Mohbad had accused his former record label boss Naira Marley on social media of ordering his goons to beat him up.

Shortly after the incident, he left the record label.

In an interview with well-known media figure Chude Jideonwo, Bella Shmurda claimed Mohbad attempted suicide during his issues with his former record label but was stopped by friends.
