A Nigerian lady has come forward with a harrowing account of what she claims to be the mysterious circumstances surrounding the untimely death of the late Nigerian singer, MohBad.
The rapper, whose real name is Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, tragically passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27.
The unidentified lady recounted her encounter with a friend of MohBad’s father during a journey in a public transport vehicle.
According to her, the elderly man made startling revelations about the events leading up to the rapper’s death.
The man reportedly divulged that MohBad had been struck on the back of his neck with an unidentified object, leading to a severe injury and significant blood loss.
To compound matters further, it is alleged that an individual at the scene used a white handkerchief to wipe away the blood.
The lady’s account suggests that this incident marked the beginning of MohBad’s troubles.
In her words;
“This is just the true story of what happened to him that led to his demise. I was inside Marwa from Gberigbe to Ikorodu garage today with one of Mohbad’s dad friend and the old man was crying and lamenting how he lost his life. He said they hit him with something at the back of his neck and bloood came out and someone used white hanky to wipe out the bloood. That was it and trouble started.”
MohBad, a talented rapper, singer, and songwriter was initially signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” and gained immense popularity for his hit singles, including “Ponmo,” “Feel Good,” and “KPK (Ko Por Ke),” which was produced by Rexxie.
Notably, his track “KPK” had received three nominations at The Headies awards in 2022.
