Comedian Buchi calls out his estranged wife’s family for abducting his children

Buchi, known for his jovial demeanor, displayed a rare burst of anger and his strong fatherly instincts when he publicly criticized his estranged wife's family. He accused them for denying him access to his beloved children amid marital crisis.

Nigerian comedian Buchi, also known as Onyebuchi Ojieh, has leveled accusations against his estranged wife’s family, alleging that they forcibly took custody of his children, Isede and Salami, and have been preventing him from having contact with them.

Buchi and his wife, Rukky, entered into matrimony in 2017 and welcomed two children. However, their marriage came to an end in 2022 due to allegations of domestic abuse.

In a recent Instagram story, Buchi expressed his frustration at being denied the opportunity to communicate with his children. He emphasized that they should not impede the legal process.

Buchi questioned how his in-laws would respond if someone were to take their own children away, particularly considering the effort they put into raising them.

In a series of Instagram posts that appear to serve as a warning, Buchi called upon his in-laws to grant him access to his children.
