‘I struggled with pornography for years’ – Spyro

Spyro in a recent interview speaks on things he goes through as a human

Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, also known as Spyro, a sensational singer, has disclosed that he struggled with pornography addiction for years.

He revealed this to Echoo Room about this recently in an interview.

He clarified that, contrary to rumors that he berates his colleagues for leading impoverished lives, his purpose is not to spread religion through the secular music business.

However, the singer argued that musicians can still succeed by producing good songs.

In his words:

“I struggled with pornography for years. I’m not a saint. I go through these things. I’m in here with you guys. I’m not saying that I’m holy. Everyone is far from holy.

“And I’m not coming to preach to people that you’ve to be holy. I’m human just like you. But I’m just saying that as much as we can.”

Recall that Spyro recently caused a stirs when he implied that, Shallipopi’s music encourages fraudsters.

With great certainty, Spyro declared that Portable is the sole musician he would decline to collaborate with in terms of songwriting.

Spyro attributed their dissimilar musical styles as the fundamental factor behind his decision, emphasizing that Portable’s distinct approach would hinder him from delivering a gratifying performance if he were to craft a song specifically for him.

Spyro’s assertion came after radio presenter, Do2tun, threw a controversial question to the promising crooner.

“Who would you never write a song for?” Do2tun asked.

In response, Spyro avowed:

Portable, not because I have an issue with him but because our paths just don’t cross. Our kind of music don’t align. He won’t be able to deliver the kind of music I will write for him because it’s not his style.”
