BBNaija All Stars: ‘People made obituary posters for me’ – Angel

The reality TV star made her first appearance in 2021, during the sixth edition of the BBNaija

She claimed that she found it difficult to be open and vulnerable in the All-Star edition because of the criticism she received for discussing her mental health during her season in 2021.

In a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Angel said that supporters of the opposition trolled her on social media by making fun of her struggles with mental health.

She said:

This season on Big Brother, I struggled to be vulnerable a lot because in ‘Shine Ya Eye’ 2021, I talked about my mental health and how much I struggled a lot, and they [trolls] started using it against me. I mean, there were all sorts of narratives that I’m a crazy person, I belong in a mental hospital…

It’s hurtful to hear those things. I saw a tweet in 2021, someone said, ‘Very soon she would soon h**t herself.’ Because I spoke about self-h**ting.

“There were a lot of hurtful things I came back out to [in 2021]: People made obituary posters for me.”

Despite the negative experience, Angel is still focused on thriving and making the best of her fame.

Recently Angel and Soma surprised many with their confession on their relationship status.

Angel and Soma revealed that their relationship in the house was real and that they left their exes to focus on each other

During a recent interview on ClassicFM 973, following their eviction from the Big Brother house, the couple spoke candidly about their connection and their decision to leave their respective ex-partners behind.

Soma, a former BBNaija contestant, opened up about the nature of their relationship, emphasizing that the bond they formed was not a strategic move but rather a genuine connection.

Angel, chimed in during the interview, expressing her perspective on the matter.

She revealed that her relationship with her previous partner was no longer viable, as she had chosen to prioritize her newfound feelings for Soma.
