Mohbad: Naira Marley has some top Political Underdogs by his side – Tonto Dikeh speaks on Rapper’s arrest

Amidst mounting demands for their apprehension regarding Mohbad's unfortunate passing, Naira Marley has made his comeback to the country, finding himself alongside his friend Sam Larry behind bars. Yet, the way in which the Marlian Boss proclaimed his return and eagerness to aid the police has ruffled feathers, especially with Tonto Dikeh. She suggests that the rapper's air of confidence hints at having a significant political heavyweight in his corner.

Nollywood actress turned politician, Tonto Dikeh, has dropped a bombshell by suggesting that the controversial Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, has powerful political allies in his corner.

This revelation comes in the aftermath of Naira Marley’s return and subsequent arrest on Tuesday night in connection with the tragic passing of his former signee, Mohbad.

The Lagos Police command’s spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, officially confirmed Naira Marley’s arrest on Tuesday night, shortly after his return to Nigeria.

In a widely circulated video, the singer was captured being guarded at the airport before landing in police custody.

In response to this, Tonto Dikeh took to Instagram to express her opinion, stating that in a just society, Naira Marley would be in handcuffs and not busy tweeting about his return on his phone.

She remarked that his unwavering confidence suggests he has influential politicians supporting him and urged them to step aside to ensure that justice prevails in Mohbad’s unfortunate demise.

She wrote:

Look who has come back to NIGERIA to assist the police investigate why he and Sam Larry tortured Mohbad

I ask again who is protecting Naira Marley? In the right country, Naira should be in handcuffs and chains, rather that he has a phone to tweet.

Naira Marley’s confidence looks to me like he has some top political underdogs by his side… Now one of the 2 things, you all better drop him and let have the justice deserves or we will start fishing your names out. Right now we don’t care about ya’ll we want justice for Mohbad.”
