I’ll pay N12m tithe to my church from my N120m – BBNaija All Stars winner, Ilebaye (VIDEO)

Ilebaye, the underdog of the BBNaija All-stars showdown, defied all expectations to clinch victory. She entered the house with one of the smallest fan followings but emerged with a massive army of supporters—a tale of success that seems to bear God's signature. Ilebaye unmistakably recognizes the divine favor in her life and has made a solemn promise to offer up a tenth of her N120 million bounty to her church, a heartfelt token of appreciation for her extraordinary triumph.

The All Stars champ of Big Brother Naija, the remarkable Ilebaye Odiniya, fondly known as Baye, has vowed to dish out a whopping N12 million to her church as a tithe offering, straight from her jaw-dropping N120 million jackpot scooped from the reality showdown on October 1, 2023.

The 22-year-old dynamo hailing from Kogi State left her fellow finalists eating her dust to seize the All Stars crown, bagging not just the hefty cash prize but also cruising away in a spanking new car at the grand prize ceremony.

When quizzed by eager fans over the weekend about her post-N120 million plans, Ilebaye didn’t skip a beat.

She didn’t bat an eyelash before declaring her plan to make a heavenly deposit, pledging to offer up a divine 10% slice, a cool N12 million into her church’s collection plate as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for her resounding triumph.

Once the N120 million gets to my account, I won’t buy anything; I will give my tithe to God to thank him for the grace he gave me,” Ilebaye said

WATCH HER SPEAK BELOW

This is coming few days after Ilebaye stated, in her recent interview, that her clashes with fellow contestants were not part of a strategy, or gain pity, to win the show.

In an interview with the PUNCH shortly after being presented with her prize, she said, “I did not use any strategy (to win the game). The only strategy I used was to pray to God. I never imagined that I would win the competition.

“During my first participation on the show (in 2022), I spent only three weeks. When I realised that they were bringing stars (for this season), I thought I would last for a maximum of three weeks. I did not know I would be the winner.”

Asked if she had any regrets about her time in the house, Ilebaye said, “The only regret is that I wish I danced very well at the parties. But, there was so much fun and adventure in the house. So, I really don’t have any regret.”
