Back in 2020, when reports surfaced that Bukola had successfully finished building her home in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, her fans and well-wishers extended their congratulations.

Many hailed her for this significant accomplishment, but there were also those who expressed skepticism about how quickly she could have constructed the house.

However, in an interview with Punch, the actress said she went through a lot before becoming a house owner.

feel so happy because it is a dream that finally came true. had been praying for it for a long time and have finally achieved it. The house was not given to me by any politician or anybody else for that matter. There were people who supported me but built it with my sweat. consistently spent whatever money had (no matter how little) on the building project. started building the house in November 2019 and it was completed in October 2020.

“I get money from so many places. Apart from being an actress, I am a businesswoman. Also, I spend money prudently. For example, I don’t spend too much on wigs because I love low-cut. I am not saying it’s bad to buy wigs; anybody can do that, as long as they can afford it. I don’t have that much money; i just know how to manage the little I have,” she said.
