Why I wasn’t on BBNaija All Stars season – Tacha

BBN All Stars for those who didn't utilize their first chances – Reality TV star, Tacha

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has revealed why she didn’t participate in the just concluded All-Stars edition of the reality show.

Not being on the show shocked many of her fans who anticipated seeing her on their screens, especially after co-star, Mercy Eke got on the show.

According to Tacha in a recent interview with TheWill Downtown, the All-Stars season was for former housemates who “probably did not utilize their first chances”.

Not revealing if she received an invitation from the show organizers or not, the media personality who doubles as an actress stated that she doesn’t fit in the category she earlier mentioned.

Tacha, who was disqualified from the BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ season in 2019, said since then, she has grown so much, stressing that she is now a serial entrepreneur with many businesses and brand ambassador to certain brands.

Tacha who recently bought herself a Range Rover said in part:

“Some specific deliverables and obligations must come through for me, plus I am constantly getting back-to-back bookings from brands. To leave all of this and then go on a show where l’m going to get paid peanuts isn’t worth it. I’m enjoying my work at a radio station every Friday, and I won’t leave my fans hanging. In my opinion, the show is really for, let’s say, people who probably do not utilise their first chances, and honestly, to just be fair, I do not fall into that category.”

In other news, Nigerian rapper cum actor, Remilekun Abdulkalid Safaru, popularly known as Reminisce has announced that he has quit acting.

The hip-hop artist who made his movie debut in the 2018 action crime thriller, ‘King Of Boys’, said he would no longer accept any acting role.
