Nigerian singer-songwriter Peruzzi found himself amidst this whirlwind after rumors circulated that he had written songs for the acclaimed Burna Boy.
In a conversation with one of his followers, who had asserted that he wrote Burna’s popular song and attacked him for supposedly working with other songwriters while his supporters applauded him for his skill with words.
Along with accusing Burna Boy of regularly stealing songs from other artists, the follower warned that Peruzzi would stop writing songs for him.
In reaction, Peruzzi wasted no time in debunking these claims, adamantly stating that he had no involvement in crafting Burna Boy’s captivating tracks.

Peruzzi had found himself in the middle of a controversy after he revealed he wrote one of Burna boy’s hit tracks ‘pull up’
Taking to his Snapchat handle, Peruzzi shared a video of Burna Boy performing the song while hinting at how he developed its lyrics.

“I wrote this song at exactly 2:56am at Parktonian Hotel. One of my favs tbh. I’ll always be proud of myself”.
Reacting to Peruzzi’s disclosure, netizens tackled him for making his deal with Burna Boy public when he must have been paid for his service.
