- Skit maker turned musician, Carter Efe, has found himself at the centre of social media backlash for allegedly attempting to rip off Young Duu.
- Following Young Duu’s fall-out with his former boss, Portable, Carter Efe collaborated with him to create the song, ‘Oyinmo’.
- However, when the song was released on streaming platforms, Young Duu’s name was conspicuously missing from the credits. This omission of credit for Young Duu in the track has stirred outrage from internet users.
Skit maker, Carter Efe has become the centre of attention on social media once again due to his collaboration with the emerging artist, Young Duu.
In a recent development, their collaborative song was released on various streaming platforms, but to the surprise of many, Young Duu’s name was visibly absent from the list of artistes.
Screenshots of the song on Apple Music, Boomsplay and other platforms showed only Carter Efe credited as the sole owner of the track.
This omission did not sit well with numerous social media users who accused Carter Efe of attempting to take advantage of Young Duu, who is relatively new to the industry.
