The OBO crooner shut down the State Farm Arena in Atlanta with his highly-anticipated event Are We African Yet? Festival (A.W.A.Y Festival).

The concert, which was held on Saturday, November 18th, 2023, saw Nigerian celebrities, his family members and fans travel all the way to Atlanta, Georgia for the show.

The first edition of A.W.A.Y. Festival hosted by veteran comedian Bovi, had performances from many Afrobeats artists including Adekunle Gold, MayorKun, Musa Keys, Spinall, Victony, King Promise, Lo Jay, E Cool, and TXC.

Before going on stage, the “Feel” crooner said it has been a long-time dream to have his own show done in Atlanta.

“ATLANTA! A.W.A.Y. Festival is here!” he tweeted.
