Small Doctor, the Nigerian singer whose real name is Adekunle Temitope, has fallen victim to a devastating fire that engulfed his house.
A widely circulated video vividly shows the flames devouring the singer’s multi-million naira properties.
In the footage, individuals can be seen making valiant efforts to salvage whatever remains of the home that has been tragically reduced to ashes.

Small Doctor confirmed the fire incident on his Instagram, expressing gratitude for life and safety.
In his post, the Afro-pop artist interpreted the property loss as a harbinger of greater things ahead.
“No pressure for the Lord is with me,” he wrote, adding “that no life was lost”.
“Ile Alaafin to jo, ewa lo bu kun, that is to say king house wey burn na make beautification fit plenty,” the post reads in part.

This follows the unfortunate incident with AY Makun, the Nigerian comic actor, who also faced a similar fate as fire consumed his residence in Lagos.
Recall that on Sunday, August 6, 2023, the home of AY was gutted by fire. It took the intervention of fire fighters to put off the fire which had already wreaked havoc in the building, which is located in the Lekki area of the state. Though the exotic building was extensively damaged, no lives were lost in the incident.
The comedian reacted to the incident, noting that no worldly thing is more important than family to him.
