BBNaija’s Ilebaye reveals plan to build an orphanage with her prize money

Ilebaye shares her intentions for the ₦120 million cash prize, among them starting an orphanage.

BBNaija all stars winner, Ilebaye, has revealed her heartwarming plan to utilize her prize money.

Ilebaye reveals that she has set her sights on a noble endeavor of building an orphanage that will provide love, care, and a secure home for children in need.

In an interview with Punch Newspaper, the BBNaija all stars winner opened up about many aspects of her personal life. She also mentioned that her financial reward from the show will be used for more than just the orphanage.

She said:

With my prize money, I want to establish an orphanage. I also want to start a business, and invest in some other things. But right now, I am just taking everything one step at a time. I am also still thinking of the perfect business to do and how to invest my money wisely.”

Just before she emerged victorious on October 1, 2023, Ilebaye declared her intention to establish her empire, which she dubiously dubbed Gen Z Baddie.

Ilebaye revealed in the interview that she still needs to adjust and finds it difficult to deal with the pressure that comes with her sudden fame.

Before I went into the BBN house, I told myself that l had to be mentally ready for everything that would come. I just have to keep things on the low and be able to adapt to whatever comes my way. Besides, I see anything that comes my way as what is expected. It is left for me to overlook things, including clashes and backbiting, and just focus on my future,” she added.

Ilebaye had earlier revealed that she pay N12m tithe to her church from her N120m grand prize .

The 22-year-old dynamo hailing from Kogi State left her fellow finalists eating her dust to seize the All Stars crown, bagging not just the hefty cash prize but also cruising away in a spanking new car at the grand prize ceremony.

When quizzed by eager fans over the weekend about her post-N120 million plans, Ilebaye didn’t skip a beat.

She didn’t bat an eyelash before declaring her plan to make a heavenly deposit, pledging to offer up a divine 10% slice, a cool N12 million into her church’s collection plate as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for her resounding triumph.

Once the N120 million gets to my account, I won’t buy anything; I will give my tithe to God to thank him for the grace he gave me,” Ilebaye said
