This comes after she showed support for the winner of the competition, Ilebaye, with a gesture that sparked a wave of critical responses.
Amidst the hatred she was facing, Doyin had sent Ilebaye a message of fortitude and perseverance.
However, some online users attacked Doyin for being unduly ingratiating after Ilebaye posted this statement.

She questioned why people are usually skeptical of gestures of compassion and suspect that they are motivated by ulterior intentions. Doyin shared that she prefers to recognize and return compassion without overly considering its motivations, underscoring her conviction in the simplicity of kindness.
