I want to return to YBNL – Lyta begs Olamide (VIDEO)

Since parting ways with YBNL in 2019, Lyta's once-thriving career hit a nosedive, left him in the shadows with no buzz. In candid interviews, the singer bared his soul, lamented allowing people to mess with his head, dismantle the musical bond with his former label boss, Olamide. In a recent tête-à-tête, he laid it all on the line, expressing a burning desire to reunite with YBNL Nation and reignite the flames of his career.

Nigerian singer Opeyemi Rahim, popularly known as Lyta, has expressed his desire to return to his former record label, YBNL Nation.

YBNL Nation is owned by famous rapper, songwriter, and record executive, Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, also known as Olamide Baddo.

In a recent chat in the Ginger Yourself Podcast, Lyta explained that he didn’t leave YBNL “intentionally.”

Lyta said;

“I want to be back with YBNL. What I did back then [leaving YBNL Nation] wasn’t intentional. I didn’t hear from Olamide before leaving and after I left, he just locked up.

“But I’ve spoken to him since leaving. I chatted with him via Instagram on his birthday and he responded.”

When questioned about Olamide following him on Instagram, the ‘Monalisa’ crooner said, “No. He is not following anybody on Instagram.”
