How some of my colleagues alleged I staged kidnap to raise money – Actor Prince Eke

Prince Eke recently walked fans through the one of the most heart-wrenching chapters of his life, vividly recounting and throwing shade at colleagues who accused him of orchestrating his kidnapping years ago. He spilled the unvarnished truth about enduring a living nightmare at the hands of his abductors. In a straight talk, he urged fans to keep their eyes peeled and pray for life, cautioning that when they eventually bite the dust, those they believed were bosom buddies might unleash a tempest of unsavory comments about them.

Prince Eke, a Nigerian actor based in the US, reflected on his harrowing kidnapping experience in Nigeria, commemorating the eight-year anniversary of the incident.

In a poignant Instagram post on Tuesday, he shared his ordeal in Rivers state, revealing that some colleagues had doubted the authenticity of his abduction, accusing him of staging it to raise funds.

Prince Eke expressed enduring a hellish ordeal during his kidnapping, but what left a profound impact was the disheartening realization that some of his colleagues accused him of orchestrating the abduction to generate funds.

He wrote:

“Today marks exactly 8 years since I was kidnapped in Nigeria. Along Ubima road in Rivers state. I experienced hell on earth. But the greatest experience was that most of my colleagues and friends alleged that I kidnapped myself to raise money. Pray for life, because if you eventually die

“People that you thought were close to you will say so many unprintable things about you. Thank God for the gift of life and grace!”
