Keke Palmer’s ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson, has come forward with shocking allegations, accusing actress and singer of being abusive during their relationship.
Jackson also sought a restraining order against her, stating that she had been “physically and verbally abusive” to him for years.
This occurs months after Palmer filed a restraining order against Jackson and was given full temporary custody of their nine-month-old son Leodis.
Palmer accused Jackson of domestic abuse, provided pictures to the judge at the time to prove that she had been mistreated.
TMZ reports that Jackson maintained that Palmer was violent and easily upset during their relationship, especially after drinking.
He went on to say that she had physically abused him for years, citing an incident in which Palmer allegedly gave him a punch in 2021 and then said she was sorry. He asserts that he has her text conversations where she apologizes for the incident that happened in 2021.
Darius Jackson mentioned that Keke Palmer had punched him in January 2022 during his birthday celebration, causing bruises on his body. He also added that in February 2022, she choked him.
He is now asking the judge to issue an injunction requiring her to keep at least 100 yards away from him.
The couple’s terrible series of events began in July, when Palmer attended an Usher concert in a sheer Givenchy gown and was serenaded by the singer. Jackson openly humiliated her for the clothing at the time.
Palmer and Jackson separated and continued to co-parent their child, but after Palmer obtained a restraining order based on Jackson’s domestic abuse, the court ordered him to stay 100 yards away from her and their son.
