- Following an exposé by his nephew and former sister-in-law, Victor claimed Emma used to beat his mother up at the time.
- He also claimed she slapped her brother on different occasions and he wonders why she’s the one accusing him of being a woman beater.
Victor Ike, brother to veteran Nigerian film actor, Emeka Ike has shared some details pertaining to the ongoing saga. He claimed Emeka Ike’s ex wife beat up their mum and slapped his brother at different times.
Warning his nephew, Michael amidst the ongoing broken marriage saga, Victor asked him to apologize to his father for the statements he uttered.
Recall Michael revealed how much he hated his father in a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo.
Emeka Ike further alleged in the leaked audio that his son is being used against him as a blackmail tool while vowing to get his ex-wife, Suzanne Emma.
Weighing in on the drama, the actor’s brother, Victor Ike noted that he has heard all the lies levelled against Emeka by his ex-wife.
Victor called attention to the revelations from the interview and questioned the veracity of Emeka Ike’s ex-wife’s claims.
He emphasized his concerns about selective disclosure, stating that the voice note’s unfinished publication was intended to sway public opinion and cast Emeka Ike in a bad light.
Victor bemoaned the apparent prejudice that Nigerian society has against men, saying that men’s voices are frequently ignored, particularly when they try to tell their side of the story.
He warned Michael, Emeka Ike’s son, to make amends with his father and take back the terrible remarks that had been said as he wrapped up his moving post.
He wrote:
“I heard the lies made against my brother, Emeka Ike by his Ex-wife on @Chude show & @lindaikeji blog. So;
She slapped him on a number of occasion but now claims he is a wife beater?
She was a signatory to his bank account, and when he was alerted that huge amounts were being withdrawn constantly, he asks to be informed before withdrawals, then she turns it into an issue of been financially deprived?
-He sponsored her from the level of JAMB exams to University & then Masters. He opened CIS movie studio and a secondary school, both of which she was put in charge of and subsequently ruined, and now she claims he never allowed her work? She told lies against my mum, whom she beat up a couple of times. We had issues with my brother regarding this, but he was blinded by love.
A woman he loved more than himself now wants to blackmail him, label him a wife beater & manipulate his kids against him? Why only use parts of his Voice Note and not the complete VN, If not for the intent to blackmail him with false allegations?
Men’s voices don’t matter anymore cos when they try to express themselves, people don’t believe them.
Michael, go and apologize to your Dad for the abusive words and insuIts. Don’t be used to blackmail your Father.
