“Them never bury Mohbad you dey release new song” – Samklef slams Naira Marley

After Mohbad's unfortunate demise, Naira Marley and Sam Larry found themselves in the hot seat, accused by many as prime suspects. They got nabbed by the police but were let off the hook due to a lack of evidence tying them to the singer's death. The Marlian Boss wasted no time bouncing back, hitting the studio to drop a fresh track. This swift move rubbed Samklef the wrong way, who labeled the release as downright disrespectful to the late singer

Nigerian music producer turned blogger, Samklef, has pointed fingers at rapper and record label boss Naira Marley, claimed that his recent song release is a blatant disrespect to his late signee, Mohbad.

In a saga not easily forgotten, the Marlian Music bigwig found himself in hot water with the law, detained alongside his pal Sam Larry over their alleged role in the passing of singer Mohbad.

With no evidence linking them to the tragedy, the duo emerged unscathed from police custody, decided to turn the page and move on with their lives.

However, despite the storm they weathered, Naira Marley recently dropped a new track, drew a barrage of criticism from those who question the timing and appropriateness of his musical output.

Slamming the singer in a tweet via his official X handle, Samklef described Naria Marley’s new song as noise.

The music producer further blamed the country’s justice system for delaying justice on Mohbad’s death.

Samklef wrote,

“Dem never bury mohbad. Investigation still Dey on you run go drop music wey Belike noise for my ear. I no blame you na the justice system wey no get head I blame. If to say naija na country you for get mind drop any jam for now ? last time I check naija na jungle sha. Enjoy o!”
