Recall that Doyin previously acknowledged to like Kiddwaya during the BBNaija All Stars show.
However, in a recent interview with TVC, Doyin explained that her attraction to Kiddwaya is platonic, emphasizing that she admires his attitude.
She clarified that there is no romantic involvement between her and Kiddwaya.
Doyin emphasized that they share a close friendship, but their bond does not extend beyond that.
She said:
“Going back into [Big Brother] House, I didn’t want to be in a relationship. Because it is very important for me to be want people are talking about. I think being in a relationship is a very easy game. Nigerians like love. Once you are in a relationship, they will vote for you.
“But I wanted to be Doyin David. I wanted my personality to be known out there. I mean, I said in the House that I liked Kiddwaya but I did not mean romantically. I like his personality. But it wasn’t up to the point of wanting to go into a relationship with him. If there was anybody in that House that I would have wanted to be in a relationship with, it would have been him.”
In another story, Doyin speaks on Why her partner must forgive her if she cheats.
According to the 26-year-old graduate of medical radiography, a man should move on if his cheating partner confesses and vice versa.
The BBNaija ex-contestant stated this while having a chat with Iyanya on her podcast, Doyin’s Corner, which had the singer as a guest. Doyin said:
“I didn’t mean to say cheating was sweet. But if I open my mouth and tell you that I’ve done this thing, move on. If I apologize after cheating on you, let’s move on.”
