- The reality TV Star turned actress in turn threw shades at Neo, claiming he came to Lagos for the first time because of the BBNaija show.
- Phyna went on to state that she wonders why he made such statement because they don’t know each other personally.
Big Brother Naija star, Josephina Otabor aka Phyna, has lambasted her colleague, Neo Akpofure for talking about her in a condescending manner.
It may be recalled during the BBNaija All Star edition that some housemates used the slang ‘Who Deyy’ popularised by White Money and Phyna.
However, speaking on her podcast, Spill With Phyna, she claimed that Neo rebuked someone for saying her slang around him, and called her razz.
The winner of Level Up, said such comment coming from him was funny and appalling because his first ever trip to Lagos was because of Big Brother Naija.
Phyna told her guest on the show, Pere, that she has never met Neo and till date she wonders why he would describe her in such a demeaning manner. Phyna said:
“Neo was in Big Brother [All Stars] House, I was watching that day. I don’t know what made me watched. And I was watching Neo, I don’t know who he was talking to and the person used my slang, ‘Who deyyyy’ for him. And he was like, ‘Take that razz girl’s slang out of my ears. That girl is too razz.’
“Coming from Neo that came to Lagos for the very first time because of Big Brother Nigeria. Till now I’m still trying to understand why he would have to say that about me because I’ve not even met the guy before. I don’t know what he looks like. I only see him online.”
Trying to calm her down, Pere Egbi who developed a strong friendship with Neo in the All Stars house apologised to her on his colleague’s behalf.
