Elsie, the estranged wife of renowned comedian Basketmouth, has sparked debate as she sends a thought-provoking message to women regarding men who cheat within the confines of marriage.
Elsie sheds light on the painful reality faced by countless wives inside marriage, urging women not to accept infidelity as a norm.
She emphasized that it is never a woman’s fault if a man decides to cheat on her. She further explained how a woman can be beautiful, attractive, the finest cook, and intellectual, and yet her spouse will still cheat on her.
She warned women not to starve themselves or blame themselves for their spouse’s mistakes.
In her words:
“This is to women, you need to understand here that when a man cheats, 80% of the time, it has absolutely nothing to do with you. So don’t you ever beat yourself up again? You’ll be beautiful, sexy, know how to cook his favorite dishes, and be intelligent and smart and he will still cheat. So it’s not you, it is never you. So don’t cry in a room, or starve yourself of being sad. Don’t blame yourself for something someone else decides to do”.
Many people asked in the comment section if her marriage collapsed because of infidelity.
