Despite her crashed marriage, Nigerian film actress cum producer , Yvonne Jegede, has shared reasons she is grateful for her life.
The dotting mother, via her Instagram page, shared photos of herself and her son, as she pondered on what her life would have being if she hadn’t given birth before the marriage hit the rock.
According to her, she would have killed herself but thankfully God blessed her with a son.
In a message to her son, she stated that he makes her life complete and happy. Sharing goofy photos, Yvonne Jegede wrote:
“I don’t know what my life would have been without you. Imagine say I no get pikin before the yeye thing scatter. Hmmmm, I for don kee myself. @xavierjegede you make my life complete. You make me happy. I love you die”.
Recall that Yvonne Jegede was married to the father of her son, Abounce Olakunle Fawole, but their marriage ended after one year.
Separation rumors began trailing their marriage after reports surfaced that Yvonne had moved out of her husband’s house, three months after she got pregnant with her son.
In a 2022 interview , Yvonne Jegede disclosed that her ex-husband is a deadbeat father who hasn’t shown any form of support or interest in the life of their son, Xavier.
She recounted how Olakunle Fawole only showed up once to see the child after she gave him an ultimatum and how he doesn’t celebrate their son on his birthdays.
Speaking on heartbreak, she revealed that she was in love with someone who didn’t love her back.
Quizzing her fans, Yvonne questioned which heartbreak was worse – to love someone and not get loved back or to not be in love with someone who loves you, as she has experienced both and didn’t know which is worse.
