The controversial exchange happened when the Uber driver took to the social media to express his displeasure, singling out Teni for allegedly prioritizing donations over tipping her Uber drivers.
The aggrieved man had initially called out Teni for contributing funds to a viral sensation known as Mummy Zee, expressing his belief that the singer should have extended similar generosity to him during the two occasions she used his Uber services.
In response, Teni did not hold back, delivering a sharp retort that suggested the man’s real need was for deodorant and toothpaste.
“Na deodorant and toothpaste Gangan u need,” Teni wrote.
