During the January 2024 Thanksgiving Service at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Headquarters in Ebutte Metta, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye addressed the issue of misused wealth in Nigeria.
The clergyman expressed confidence in transformative change for the country in the coming year.
Pastor Adeboye assured Nigerians that a significant shift in the distribution of wealth is imminent, bringing about a positive impact on the nation’s currency.
The clergyman conveyed a strong message about the prevailing economic disparities and the need for a redistribution of resources.
During his sermon, Pastor Adeboye said; “Don’t let anybody tell you money is not in this country, just that it is in the wrong hands. This year, wealth will change hands. The wind is going to blow on the Naira.”
The religious leader went on to inspire hope in the hearts of his congregation, predicting that by the end of 2024, Nigerians would witness a noticeable change in their financial circumstances.
Pastor Adeboye encouraged those who dedicated themselves to serving God, emphasizing that such commitment would lead not only to repositioning but also to elevation.
In his words;
“Don’t let anybody tell you money is not in this country, just that it is in the wrong hands.
“This year, wealth will change hands. The wind is going to blow on the Naira.
“Long before the end of this year, you will know that you are on the mountaintop. Some will start the year as nobody but before the end of the year, they will be somebody.
“If you do anything you can to serve God, he will not only reposition you, he will lift you to the mountain too.”
