Tiwa Savage had, in the petition dated January 9, addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Mr Adegoke Fayoade, accused Davido of uttering disrespectful words in reaction to a post which included herself and the singer’s baby mama, Sophia Momodu’s Instagram story.
She warned that Davido should be held responsible if anything untoward or harmful happened to her or any member of her family.

In the throwback clip during her performance at the ‘A Decade of Davido’ concert in Lagos on December 24, 2021, Tiwa Savage unveiled a nugget from the past.
She revealed an interesting chapter of her life, recounting the time when she and DMW boss Davido shared an apartment after her relocation to Nigeria.
The mother of one in her statement said, “A lot of people know this but when I moved back to Nigeria, I was actually sharing an apartment with David in 1004. Ed don tey. I am so proud of you”.
