Aloba had earlier asserted that his daughter-in-law, Wunmi, and her legal representative, Femi Falana, are allegedly hatching a sinister plan against his life..
Responding in a letter released by Falana & Falana Chambers, it was revealed that Mohbad’s father, through his attorneys, instructed Wunmi to hand over Liam (his grandson) for a DNA test.

According to the letter, this procedure was because Mr Aloba is not Liam’s parent and cannot directly request DNA.
Falana noted that Mr. Aloba has not pursued the required court order but, instead, has chosen to give interviews defaming the Falanas and is now accusing them of attempting to harm him.
Mr Falana also instructed him to cease making such accusations, warning that if he persists, they will take his claims to court to disprove any threat to his life.
